These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pej64 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and participate on pej64. Proof of identity (KTP) is required during account verification. Underage use is strictly prohibited.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's own name.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds thresholds, validity periods, and eligible-game restrictions. Bonus terms are disclosed in full before opt-in. Attempting to exploit bonuses may result in account suspension.
Each player may hold only one active account on pej64. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pej64 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where a player has failed to adequately protect their password.
pej64 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes. Genuine account balances will be returned upon closure where no breach has occurred.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the Platform. pej64 strictly enforces a 21+ policy and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any remaining balance forfeited.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated with primary focus on players residing in Indonesia, including residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Makassar, and all other Indonesian territories. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Players acting under court-appointed guardianship, players who have previously been self-excluded from gambling platforms, and individuals with a court-ordered prohibition on gambling activities are ineligible to use the Platform.
2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions. pej64 does not knowingly accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable national law. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform is lawful where you reside.
3.1 One Account Rule. Each player may hold only one active registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended, and balances held in those accounts may be voided.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, valid email address, active mobile phone number, and Indonesian bank account or registered e-wallet details. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pej64 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You should notify pej64 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Account Updates. You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any details change, including your contact details or bank account information. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed or refused withdrawal processing.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. pej64 reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee of Rp 25.000 per month to inactive accounts where a positive balance remains, following written notification to the registered email address.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal from the Platform. pej64 reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage of a Player's account lifetime, including prior to processing any deposit refund.
4.2 Required Documents. Standard KYC verification requires the following documents:
4.3 Additional Verification. For withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, or where pej64's compliance systems flag unusual account activity, enhanced due diligence documentation may be requested. This may include source-of-funds declarations or additional photographic identification.
4.4 Processing Time. KYC submissions are reviewed within 1–24 business hours under normal operating conditions. Players will be notified via their registered email address upon completion of the review. pej64 is not liable for delays caused by submission of incomplete or illegible documents.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pej64 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA bank transfer, BRI bank transfer, BNI bank transfer, Mandiri bank transfer, CIMB Niaga bank transfer, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia) bank transfer, OVO e-wallet, DANA e-wallet, and GoPay e-wallet. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pej64's discretion.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The standard minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. The standard minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier; standard-tier players have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50.000.000. Higher limits apply to Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond VIP members as set out in the VIP Programme terms.
5.3 Transaction Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pej64 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not guarantee any specific currency conversion rate where a Player deposits funds in a non-IDR currency via a third-party payment processor.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB on a business day will be processed the same day. Requests submitted after 22:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays will be queued for processing on the next available business day. pej64 targets an average BCA transfer completion time of under five minutes from approval; however, bank processing times are outside pej64's control.
5.5 Own-Name Rule. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own legal name. All withdrawals will be directed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the pej64 account. Third-party payment methods are not permitted and will result in the refusal or reversal of the transaction.
5.6 Platform Fees. pej64 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own processing fees, for which pej64 accepts no liability.
6.1 Offer Availability. All bonuses and promotions are offered at pej64's sole discretion and may be modified, paused, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, unless a player has already opted in to an active bonus under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the individual offer terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any resulting winnings become withdrawable. Wagers on certain games contribute differently toward the wagering requirement:
6.3 Maximum Bonus Stake. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum stake permitted per single wager while a bonus is active is Rp 500.000. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
6.4 Validity Period. Unless otherwise stated in individual offer terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered or used within 7 days (168 hours) of the bonus being credited to your wallet. After this period expires, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. The following constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension: deliberately slow-rolling wagering requirements; placing opposite or offsetting bets; betting below the minimum odds threshold to satisfy requirements; staking on live and in-play events for the sole purpose of exploiting bonus-value manipulation; or any pattern of behaviour identified by pej64's risk systems as an exploitation attempt.
6.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise specified, only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time. Third-party verification of bonus eligibility is not possible — bonus eligibility is assessed solely on the basis of pej64's internal records.
6.7 Welcome Offer Specific Terms. The pej64 Welcome Bonus is available once per new player. To qualify, a minimum first deposit of Rp 100.000 must be made. The bonus amount equals 100% of the qualifying deposit up to a maximum of Rp 1.000.000, subject to a 20x wagering requirement within 7 days. A player must be at least 21 years of age, a resident of Indonesia, and have completed a valid KYC verification to be eligible.
7.1 Acceptance of Wagers. A wager is only valid once confirmed by the pej64 system and reflected in your Account balance. pej64 reserves the right to cancel any wager placed at an obviously incorrect odds price (an "operator error") without liability. Where an operator error is identified, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.
7.2 Canceled Events. Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled within the jurisdiction of a placed bet, stakes will be returned to the Player's account unless a valid alternative settlement rule is published in the relevant sport's betting rules. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, a cancelled selection will be treated as void and the bet recalculated accordingly at reduced odds.
7.3 Result Settlement. For football and other sporting markets, results are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, AFC, or the applicable league's official classification). All settlements are final and binding. Scores are not adjusted for subsequent disciplinary rulings, match replays, or league reclassifications occurring after the official result is published.
7.4 Live Betting. Live (in-play) betting is offered on a best-effort basis. pej64 cannot guarantee the accuracy of every live odds update, and any wager placed at a displayed odds will be settled at the odds reflected in the system at the time of confirmation. Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time for reasons including but not limited to technical errors or the integrity of the event.
7.5 Casino Game Rules. All casino games on the Platform are governed by the published rules of the respective game studio (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming). In the event of a discrepancy between a game's visual display and its internal result log, the internal server result and game history shall prevail. pej64's decision on any gaming dispute is final.
7.6 Maximum Payouts. pej64 operates a maximum winnings policy. The maximum payout per wager is set at Rp 1.000.000.000 (one billion Indonesian Rupiah). Where a single wager would generate winnings in excess of this cap, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum. The maximum aggregate payout per 24-hour period is Rp 2.500.000.000.

Any violation of this Clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and — where warranted — referral to the relevant authorities. pej64 is under no obligation to refund any amount in cases of confirmed prohibited conduct.
9.1 Platform Content. The pej64 name, logo, visual design, software, graphics, text, and all data contained within the Platform, together with any associated trademarks, service marks, and copyrighted material, are the property of pej64 or its licensors. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
9.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not confer any ownership interest and does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.
9.3 Third-Party Content. All game titles, logos, and promotion-related material associated with third-party game studios remain the property of their respective owners. The appearance of such content on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement by, or affiliation with, the respective studio beyond the agreed commercial relationship.
9.4 Trademarks. All brand names referenced in the Platform — including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and various game studios — are the trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced solely for the purpose of identifying compatibility and payment methods.
10.1 Platform Availability. pej64 undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available 24/7. However, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur for scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party network failures, or factors beyond pej64's reasonable control.
10.2 No Liability for Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, pej64 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
10.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability. Where pej64 is found to be liable in relation to your use of the Platform, such liability shall be limited to the total value of funds held in your account at the time the cause of action arose, or the total of the deposits made by you in the 6-month period preceding the claim, whichever is lower.
10.4 Third-Party Links. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. pej64 has no control over, and accepts no liability for, the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service linked from the Platform.
10.5 Force Majeure. pej64 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from an event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, or action by any governmental authority.
11.1 Data Collection. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to pej64's collection and processing of personal and transactional data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, identity documents, contact details, payment methods, betting history, and device information.
11.2 Data Protection. pej64 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption at rest and in transit — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. pej64 does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party.
11.3 Consent Withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. However, withdrawing such consent may limit or prevent your ability to use certain features of the Platform, including the ability to process deposits and withdrawals, in line with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
11.4 Record Retention. pej64 retains transaction records, KYC documents, and applicable data for a minimum period required by applicable laws and regulations relating to anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations.
pej64 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these terms that substantially affects your rights or obligations, pej64 will notify you via the email address registered to your account, and where feasible, by displaying a notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.
You will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms if you continue to use the Platform after the effective date of the amended terms. If you do not wish to accept the revised terms, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining funds prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the revision date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pej64 is incorporated and holds its regulatory licence. To the extent that any provision of these terms conflicts with mandatory provisions of Indonesian law applicable in the Republic of Indonesia, such mandatory provisions shall take precedence where and to the extent required.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. The Parties shall use good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms & Conditions through negotiation. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of pej64's jurisdiction of incorporation. Nothing in this clause prevents pej64 from seeking injunctive relief before any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, data, or proprietary rights.
13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid or unenforceable provisions will be replaced with valid, enforceable provisions that most closely reflect the original intent of the parties.
